Brightons pedestrians: Let there be lights!

Nearly 800 of us have signed a petition to Falkirk Council demanding pedestrian crossings in Brightons.

Parents are worried that crossing the road at Brightons Cross in particular is a danger to their children.

Elderly people could also be at risk.

The Council says it's difficult to put in a crossing because of the layout of shops, driveways and side streets, but it will carry out a feasibility study.

Let's not let this go away. There's obviously a lot of demand for this, so let's make our feelings known on s1brightons.
